Better than driving all the way to the city. Overpriced on some items, lack of options on others.
Cashiers are always super friendly. But the food quality is awful. Rotten produce. Many fruit flies hovering. No fresh chicken, just frozen, with freezer burn. Steaks are brown.. Also very overpriced... $7-8 for ice cream sold at HyVee for $3.50.. Etc.. Expect to pay double for expired or expiring food.
Love love LOVE the meat department. Every time I need help, they drop whatever they're doing and concentrate on my needs. That's the way it used to be done and so seldom is done these days.
Expensive place, good service,friendly employees.
